User Agreement

1.1 Account Registration

When creating an account with PrayanaAI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Not create an account using a false identity or on behalf of someone else without authorization
• Not create multiple accounts for improper purposes
• Verify your email address and/or phone number when requested

• Circumvent any security features or access controls

3.1 User-Generated Content

When posting content (reviews, photos, itineraries, comments), you agree that your content:

• Is accurate and based on genuine experiences
• Does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Does not contain confidential or proprietary information
• Is appropriate and complies with community standards
• Does not promote illegal activities or dangerous behavior

3.2 Content License

By submitting content to PrayanaAI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with our Services and business operations.

3.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice or liability.

4.1 No Booking Liability

PrayanaAI is a travel planning platform and does not directly provide travel services (flights, hotels, tours). We are not responsible for:

• Bookings made through third-party services
• Travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes
• Quality of accommodations or services
• Pricing errors or availability issues
• Refunds or disputes with travel providers

4.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Verifying all travel information before booking
• Checking visa, passport, and health requirements
• Reviewing terms and conditions of third-party providers
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
• Understanding cancellation policies and fees

4.3 Recommendations Disclaimer

Travel recommendations provided by PrayanaAI are AI-generated and for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, safety, or suitability of any recommendations. Always conduct your own research before making travel decisions.

5.1 Premium Features

If you subscribe to premium features or services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/annually)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize automatic renewal and recurring charges
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5.2 Price Changes
