A quick overview of what's in store
The length of Vietnam in eight days, from the limestone karsts of Halong Bay to the Mekong Delta. Return Air India flights from Delhi plus the internal Hanoi–Da Nang–Ho Chi Minh sectors, English-speaking guides on tours, tourist visa, and the Ba Na Hills cable car with buffet lunch. Two hotel grades.
Met at Hanoi airport and driven to Halong. Board a day-sleeper cruise at Tuan Chau Harbour for five hours among the limestone outcrops, with Vietnamese lunch aboard. Visit the Surprising Cave in the Bo Hon archipelago, then Titov Island and the climb to Titov Peak for the view over the bay. Afternoon tea on the upper deck cruising back. Overnight Hanoi.

Sightseeing·3 stops·Halong Bay
Why we include it · Nearly two thousand limestone islands in the Gulf of Tonkin. The day cruise gets you among them rather than looking at them from shore.
Good to know · A five-hour day cruise, not an overnight. Kayaking at Luon Cave is available at your own expense. Bring a light jacket — it is cold on deck in December.
Why we include it · Three enormous chambers inside Bo Hon island, lit up and reached by a climb from the water.
Good to know · A steep climb of about a hundred steps from the jetty, then a level walk inside. Around forty-five minutes.
Why we include it · A short steep climb to the peak, and the view that ends up on every Halong postcard.
Good to know · The climb to the peak is roughly 400 steps and takes twenty minutes each way. There is a beach at the bottom if you would rather not.

Hassle-free refunds
Booking deposit of ₹60,000 per seat is non-refundable
The seat is confirmed on payment of ₹60,000 per person, and that amount is not refundable under any circumstances. The balance falls due 15 days before travel.
Cancelling costs the deposit, or everything
Cancel more than 15 days out and you forfeit ₹60,000 per person. Cancel inside 15 days and the entire amount paid is forfeited. These are fixed-departure terms with airfare already ticketed — they are stricter than an ordinary land package.
Vietnam E-Visa must be applied for in advance
This is not a visa on arrival. Indian nationals apply online through the official immigration portal for an E-Visa allowing up to 90 days. The package covers the visa cost, but the application details must match your passport exactly — a mismatch causes problems at entry. You will need a passport valid six months beyond entry, a recent photograph, a scan of the bio page, confirmed tickets and hotels, and your intended entry and exit points.
Three internal flights
Hanoi to Da Nang and Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh are both flights, included, on top of the Delhi return. Pack to a domestic baggage allowance — usually 20 kg checked, 7 kg cabin.
The Cu Chi tunnels are tight
The visitor sections have been widened, but they remain low, dark and narrow. There is an above-ground route for anyone who would rather not go in.
Dong, and small notes
The dong runs to hundreds of thousands — 100,000 dong is roughly 350 rupees. US dollars are widely accepted informally. Cards work in cities, not in the delta.
Vietnam is three climates
You will cross the whole country. Hanoi in December is genuinely cool, around 17 degrees, while Ho Chi Minh stays near 30. Pack for both.
Meals are specified per day
Breakfast throughout, plus the lunches and dinners named in each day's plan, including the Halong cruise lunch and the Ba Na Hills buffet. Everything else is on you.
