The seat is confirmed on payment of ₹35,000 per person, and that amount is not refundable under any circumstances. The balance falls due 15 days before travel.
Cancelling costs the deposit, or everything
Cancel more than 15 days out and you forfeit ₹35,000 per person. Cancel inside 15 days and the entire amount paid is forfeited. These are fixed-departure terms with airfare already ticketed — they are stricter than an ordinary land package.
Visa on arrival, and what to carry
Indian passport holders get a Visa on Arrival for up to 15 days at major airports. Carry a passport valid six months beyond entry, confirmed return tickets, confirmed hotel bookings and proof of funds. A 60-day tourist visa can be obtained in advance if you are staying longer.
National park fees are not included
The Phi Phi tour carries a THB 400 park fee and the Four Islands tour THB 200, both per person and payable directly on the day. Budget roughly 1,500 rupees a head for the pair.
Two flight schedules — check which applies to your date
Departures on 8, 15 and 22 October fly AI-2378 out of Delhi at 01:25, arriving Phuket 07:25, returning AI-2377 at 22:20. Every later departure flies AI-2378 at 00:25, arriving 06:35, returning at 22:30. Both are overnight outbound flights — plan for a night without much sleep.
Sightseeing is seat-in-coach
Tours run on a shared basis with other travellers, which means fixed pickup windows and some waiting. Airport transfers are by private van.

Currency
