Bhai log, planning a Santorini trip on my Bullet - where to find proper food and fuel for a long ride?

Namaste dosto, planning a dream ride to Santorini on my Royal Enfield. Obviously, won't be riding *to* Santorini, will rent a bike there. My main concern is finding good, authentic street food or small local eateries – something like a dhaba, not those fancy fine-dining places. Also, what's the scene with fuel stations outside the main towns? I'll be exploring the island extensively, so need to know about fuel availability and road conditions, especially for a heavy bike. Any tips for Bullet riders on Greek islands?

Hey! Santorini is beautiful, but a Bullet might be a bit much for it. The island is small, and the roads can be narrow with lots of turns and inclines, especially in places like Oia and Fira. A scooter or a smaller ATV is probably easier to maneuver and park. For food, look for tavernas in villages away from the main tourist spots. Pyrgos, Emporio, and Megalochori have some lovely local places. You can find authentic Greek food there – think souvlaki, gyros, and fresh seafood, much like a good dhaba. Prices are around 10-15 EUR for a meal. Fuel stations are pretty easy to find in the main towns like Fira and Perissa. Outside of those, they’re less frequent, so it’s always good to top up when you see one, especially if you're exploring the north or south ends of the island. Roads are generally well-maintained, but be mindful of loose gravel on some of the smaller village roads.
